Around 80% of Auticon’s employees are adults on the autism spectrum. These talented individuals work as tech consultants who are integrated into clients’ organizations.

Dorna emphasizes that a staggering 70% of people on the spectrum are either unemployed or underemployed, a figure that rises to 90% in France. Given that 20% of the global population is neurodivergent, she emphasizes that managers who lack training in managing neurodivergent talent cannot effectively manage almost a quarter of their teams.
