JOB DESCRIPTION
A CNC operator operates computer-controlled machine tools to cut, shape, and finish metal, plastic, or other materials. They set up machines based on technical drawings, monitor the machining process, and inspect finished parts for quality. Some may also perform basic programming.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Manufacturing plants and industrial workshops
