Project manager assistant

Key tasks
  • Establishing a project administration and documentation system
  • Participating in administering and monitoring the achievement of project objectives and measurable project outcomes in each phase of project implementation
  • Participating in collecting project documentation and developing a project proposal
  • Preparing data for internal evaluation of the achievement of project objectives and results
  • Recording working hours of project team members and calculating the share of work on the project in relation to the total (monthly) working time
  • Preparing reports related to project activities
  • Preparing and systematizing data for conducting statistical analysis related to project activities, target groups, measurable outcomes and project indicators
  • Using business applications for recording, exchanging and archiving project documentation and implementing project promotion and visibility
  • Keeping business books for project needs
  • Sorting and storing/archiving project documentation and documents resulting from simple procurement or public procurement procedures
  • Implementing marketing process activities related to project activities
  • Communicating with intermediary body, project partners, project team members, project stakeholders and the public
  • Providing support for the implementation of entrepreneurial ventures within the project and/or work
  • Applying norms, standards and procedures of the introduced project quality management systems
  • Applying safety, protection and environmental protection measures according to applicable legal regulations

Specific skills for working in the occupation
  1. Office work (indoors), possibility of working from home
  2. Physical abilities – regular
  3. Motor abilities: satisfactory coordination of movements, average speed and dexterity with special emphasis on finger dexterity.
  4. Sensory abilities: good vision, recognition of colours and their shades. Works in daylight and artificial light with specialized information and communication equipment and equipment for video and audio services. Works in air-conditioned spaces, is not exposed to changes in temperature and air pressure, night work, or work in unventilated or poorly ventilated spaces.
